Serve these as you would any biscuit or savory pancake.
List of Ingredients
- 2C flour
- 2t baking powder
- 1/2t salt
- 1/2C water
- 2t oil
- 2t sugar
Instructions
- Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside
- In a separate bowl, blend together the water, oil and sugar. Stir into dry mixture.
- Roll out the dough on a floured board (to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick). Cut out 2" circles.
- Heat griddle (or heavy skillet) over medium heat. Lightly oil before each addition of biscuits. Cook the biscuits until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes a side).
- Serve warm.
