    Serve these as you would any biscuit or savory pancake.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2C flour
    • 2t baking powder
    • 1/2t salt
    • 1/2C water
    • 2t oil
    • 2t sugar


    Instructions


    1. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside
    2. In a separate bowl, blend together the water, oil and sugar. Stir into dry mixture.
    3. Roll out the dough on a floured board (to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick). Cut out 2" circles.
    4. Heat griddle (or heavy skillet) over medium heat. Lightly oil before each addition of biscuits. Cook the biscuits until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes a side).
    5. Serve warm.
