    List of Ingredients


    • 8-10 medium potatoes
    • 8oz sour cream
    • 8oz cream cheese
    • 1/4C chopped chives, freeze dried
    • 1t garlic powder
    • 1/2C butter
    • 2t salt
    • paprika


    Instructions


    1. Peel, boil and mash potatoes.
    2. Mix cream cheese until soft with mixer. Add potatoes and ll other ingredients except paprika
    3. Spoon into a buttered quart-size casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
    4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
