Curry Dip
A pungent vegatable dip that goes great with fresh sliced green peppers, carrots, and celery. Quick, easy and always a sensation at parties!
List of Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 tbsp. horseradish
- 1 tbsp. taragone vinegar
- 1 tbsp. finely minced onion
- 1 tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 tbsp. curry powder
Instructions
- Thoroughly mix all ingrediants.
- Chill overnight.
- Serve cold.
Final Comments
I normally double the amounts of all of the ingrediants. The mixture will keep in a refrigerator just as long as mayonaise.
