Killer Meatloaf

This main dish will always having them comin' back for another helping! Best served with mashed taters. If there is any left over, it may be chilled then sliced for sandwiches.





List of Ingredients



• 2 lbs. lean hamburger
  
• 1 lb. mild pork sausage
  
• 1 - 12 oz can of diced tomatoes
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1 cup bread crumbs
  
• 1 cup ketchup
  
• 1 large green pepper, diced
  
• 1 large onion, diced
  
• 2 oz worchestershire sauce
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 375
   
2. Thoroughly mix all ingrediants using only half of the ketchup
   
3. Grease two 5 X 9 baking dishes
   
4. Place half of the mixture in each backing dish. Smooth the tops.
   
5. Spread 1/4 cup of ketchup onto the top of each loaf.
   
6. Place on middle rack of oven. Cook for 1 hour.
