10 oz. block sharp cheddar cheese, cut into pieces
1 cup flour
1/2 cup softened butter
1/4 t ground red pepperRecipe
- Shred cheese in food processor
- Process cheese, flour and remaining ingredients in food processor until mixture forms and ball. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze on a baking sheet (if desired) and place frozen dough in bags.
- Bake at 400 for 6-7 minutes (frozen balls for 15 minutes)
- Let stand 2 min. then cool on wire racks
