Chick-peas and Artichokes Casserole

28-oz chick-peas, drained
28-oz black-eyed peas, drained
9-oz artichokes, drained plus a little olive oil
2 red bell pepper, chopped
2 crushed garlic clove
2 T chopped parsley
2 t lemon juice
1 1/3 cup sour cream
2 egg yolk
1 cup shredded cheddarRecipe
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix together bean and veggies.
3. Stir in garlic, parsley, lemon juice.
4. Mix together rest and spoon over veggies.
5. Bake 25-30 minutes.
