Spinach Artichoke Casserole

List of Ingredients
40 oz. frozen spinach
10T butter
8T flour
2 cup milk
1 chopped onion
1t celery salt
1t garlic salt
1t salt
6oz. jalepeno cheese
28oz artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup stuffing mix
16 oz can sliced mushroom
Recipe
- Cook spinach, drain well, reserve 1 cup of liquid
- Melt butter, add flour, spinach juice, and milk
- Saute onion in 2T butter, add to sauce
- Add seasoning and cheese until cheese melts
- Add artichokes, rice, stuffing and mushrooms
- Combine sauce with spinach
- Top with buttered bread crumbs
- 350 until bubbling
