List of Ingredients
1 cup raw black beans, soaked overnight
1 cup raw kidney beans, soaked overnight
1 cup raw split peas, soaked overnight
1 cup raw french lentils, soaked overnight
1 cup dry TVP flakes, soak in water 15 minutes
16 oz. canned tomatoes
8 oz. tomatoes paste
1 t garlic powder
1 T celery flakes
1/2 t worcestershire
1/2 t white wine worcestershire
5 cloves roasted garlic
1 bag chopped onions
Veggie brothRecipe
1. In crockpot, add tomatoes and tomato paste.
2. Add seasoning and onions.
3. Add TVP flakes and lentils.
4. Add remaining beans.
5. Add enough broth to cover beans.
6. Crockpot on high 1-2 hours.
7. Stir and put on low 6-9 hours.
