2 T butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup heavy cream
salt
2 1/2 cups drained and quartered artichoke hearts
3/4 lbs. fusilli
1/2 cup grated parmesan
2T chopped chives or parselyRecipe
- In medium saucepan, melt butter over low. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stick in cream, salt and artichoke hearts and cook 3 minutes.
- Toss cooked pasta with cream sauce. Add cheese.
