    3/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 1/2 cup cooked medium noodles
    1 T parmesan
    3/4 cup sour cream
    2 T green onions
    2 T parsely

    Recipe



    - Saute garlic and mushrooms in cooking spray
    - Remove from heat and add all but cheese
    - Put in casserole, spray with cooking spray, top with cheese
    - Cover and bake 350 for 20 min. Uncover and bake 5 min. more
