    Fettucine with Blue Cheese Sauce

    1/2 cup pine nuts, browned
    1 1/2 cup half and half
    4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
    8 oz. cubed cream cheese
    2 c. packed torn spinach
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsely
    18 oz. cooked fettucine


    Recipe



    - Cook blue cheese, half & half, and cream cheese on medium for 5 minutes.

    - Toss spinach, parsely and salt

    - Pour sauce over pasta

    - Toss w/ spinach

    - Sprinkle w/ blue cheese and pine nuts
