Fresh Tomato and Mozzarella Pasta

2 lb. fully ripe tomatoes , coarsely chopped
1 envelope Italian Salad Dressing Mix
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 lb. penne pasta , cooked, drained
1 pkg. (9 oz.) Mozzarella Cheese Balls (27 balls) , drained
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
MIX tomatoes, salad dressing mix, oil and vinegar in large bowl until well blended.
Add pasta, mozzarella and basil; toss to mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
SERVE at room temperature or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
