Green and White Lasagne

1/2 lb lasagne noodles
15 oz. ricotta
1/3 cup parmesan
1/4 cup olive oil
2 sliced yellow onion
4 sliced zucchini
1 lb fresh sliced mushroom
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
3 cups milk
40 fresh basil leaves
1/2 lb. shredded mozzarellaRecipe
- Cook lasagne noodles and lay in a single layer
- Stir together parmesa, ricotta and salt
- Sautee onions, zucchini, mushrooms and garlic
- Melt butter, cook with flour, then milk, then salt.
- 3 layers- ricotta, veggies, white sauce
- Sprinkle mozarella on top
- 372 for 30-40 minutes
