List of Ingredients
7 oz. macaroni
3 T butter
1 onion, chopped
3 T flour
2 cups milk
2 t mustard
8 oz. cheddar
1 oz. breadcrumbsRecipe
1. Cook pasta.
2. Preheat oven to 180 and grease a casserole pan.
3. Melt the butter and cook onion 5 minutes. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
4. Remove from heat and stir in the milk. Return to heat and stir until sauce thickens. Simmer 2 minutes. Stir in mustard and 3/4 of the cheese.
5. Mix pasta with cheese sauce and spoon into the dish.
6. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and remaining cheese over the top.
7. Bake for 15 minutes until brown and bubbling.
