3 medium onions, cut into wedges
6 small red potatoes, halved
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices
2 T olive oil
1 t saltRecipe
- Toss together all ingredients; place on aluminum lined baking sheet
- Bake at 450 for 30-40 min. or until onion and potatoes are tender
