1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, thawed and drained
1 can condensed cream of celery
1/3 cup sour cream
1 jar diced pimientos, drained
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 can french fried onionsRecipe
1. Combine first four ingredients.
2. Stir in 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of onions.
3. Bake, covered, at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
4. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions.
5. Bake 5 additional minutes.
