1/2 cup cold firm black beans
1/2 cup bean broth
1 medium onion, minced
2 1/2 cups cooked rice
2T veggie oil
1/2 cup cilantro
1 chopped green pepper
Recipe
1. In large skillet, heat veggie oil.
2. Saute onion and garlic and green pepper.
3. Add beans and simmer 10 minutes.
4. Add rice and cilantro and simmer 10 minutes more.
