1 can (14 1/2 oz.) ready to serve vegetable broth
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen cauliforwer, carrots & asparagus
1 pkg. (6.25 oz.) fast-cooking long-grain & wild rice
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Recipe
Heat broth and margarine to boiling in a 10" skillet.
Stir in vegetables, rice and contents of seasoning packet.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables and rice are tender.
Sprinkle with cheese.
