    Lexi's Best Cobbler

    Takes how long to make: 1 1/2 hours


    List of Ingredients




    4 qt. whole, fresh strawberries
    Pie crust
    Flour
    1 cup sugar

    Recipe



    Grease and flour 9- by 18-inch cake pan.

    Cover bottom and sides of pan with pie crust.

    Fill with strawberries. Lightly cover strawberries with flour. Cover with sugar.

    Cover with top crust, pinching top and bottom crusts together around edges. Cut slits in top crust.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until crust is brown.

    Refrigerate before serving.

    Hint: Don't worry if there is a lot of juice. This pie is juicy.

    Serves how many: 8 to 10
