    Butter Butter, Who's Got the Butter...

    This is a family holiday favorite around our house. Let the young ones make the butter for your special dinner.

    List of Ingredients




    1 16 oz. carton of whipping cream (use only whipping cream)
    1 clean jar with lid
    1 clean penny

    Recipe



    Pour whipping cream into jar, add penny.

    Tighten lid and shake away.

    You will take for around 15 to 20 minutes.

    When this has done, the butter will come out of the solution.

    Strain off buttermilk, and enjoy.

    It is optional that you may wish to salt the butter.
