1 large head of cabbage
2 lbs. carrots
5 lbs. potatoes
5 lbs. hamburger meat
1 lb. ground sausage
1 large can tomato soup
1/2 soup can of water
Recipe
Cut the cabbage into eighths and place in bottom of a large roasting pan. Next, slice the carrots in half and place on top of cabbage. Peel the potatoes, cut in quarters and lay on top of the carrots. In a medium-size bowl, mix the hamburger and sausage together. With your hands, make patties, then lay them on top of the vegetables. Lastly, mix one can of tomato soup and half a can of water together in a small bowl and pour the soup over the other ingredients. The pan should be filled halfway; if not, add a second small can of tomato soup. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until veggies are tender.
