    "Butter-Up Mom" Roast

    List of Ingredients




    2- to 3-lb. rib or rump roast
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Place roast in Crock-Pot or slow cooker. Cut slits in the roast and dump remaining ingredients on top. Cook on low heat for 10 to 12 hours. The roast falls apart and the gravy is wonderful to use on potatoes.
