Hole-In-A-Roll

4 6-inch French bread loafs
2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion
3 tbsp. yellow mustard
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 egg
Pinch oregano
Pinch salt and pepper

Recipe
Cut bread loafs in half and hollow out, saving the crumbs. In a skillet, brown the ground beef, onion and garlic. Without draining the grease from the beef mixture, add bread crumbs and other ingredients. Stuff mixture back into hollow rolls. Coat the bread with butter and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
