Mashed Hot Dogs
Takes how long to make: 30 minutes, Serves how many: 4
List of Ingredients
3 or 4 medium potatoes
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup milk
8 Hot Dogs
Grated Colby Jack cheese
Recipe
Boil potatoes in a saucepan.
When cooked, drain and mash the potatoes, adding butter and milk. (Using leftover mashed potatoes works well also.)
Cut hot dogs lengthwise about 3/4 of the way through the hot dog to make a pocket.
Fill hot dog with mashed potatoes and top with cheese. Heat in oven for about 15 minutes, until cheese is melted .
