    Grandma's Famous Cheese Potatoes

    Takes how long to make: 2 hours


    List of Ingredients




    10 medium potatoes
    1 tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 large pkg. Velveeta Cheese
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tsp. paprika

    Recipe



    In a large saucepan, boil potatoes, with skin on. Let cool and peel.

    Cut into chunks, add salt and pepper, and mix.

    Put into casserole dish.

    Cut cheese into small pieces, and place in a microwave-safe bowl.

    Add milk, and stir.

    Microwave on high, stirring every 2 minutes until completely melted and smooth.

    Pour melted cheese over potatoes, mix slightly, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

    Serves how many: 8
