SANDWICH BREAD



2 lb. loaf, so you could halve the dough and make 2-1 lb loaves if ya want.

1-1/3 cups + 1 Tbs. of water
4-1/4 cups of bread flour
3 TBS. of sugar
2 TBS. dry milk
1-1/2 tsp. of salt
2 Tbs. of butter
2 tsp. of active dry yeast
