Beef and Noodles
I serve this with hot buttered egg noodles. But if you want an easy quick stroganoff you can always add sour cream. Also you can reduce this recipe. I cook with a 5-6 quart crock.
List of Ingredients
4 lbs. stew beef
1 cup flour
salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste
2-3 cans mushrooms
1-2 cups beef broth
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Au Jus powder
hot noodles
Recipe
Take stew meat and dredge in flour seasoned with garlic salt, fresh ground pepper, and salt.
Place in crock. Add mushrooms undrained, add beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Then sprinkle generously with Au Jus powder.
Let cook for 8-10 hours on low.
