Crockpot Lasagna
List of Ingredients
CROCKPOT LASAGNA
1 lb. Ground beef 1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
16 oz. Rigatoni, cooked
15 oz. Can stewed tomatoes
8 oz. Can tomato sauce
1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
1 Tbsp. Parsley
2 tsp. Sugar
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Basil
½ tsp. Oregano
16 oz. Ricotta cheese
½ c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. mozzarella cheese
16 oz. Spaghetti sauce
Recipe
Brown ground beef with onions and garlic; drain off grease.
In 5-quart crockpot, mix beef with macaroni. Add all remaining ingredients, except spaghetti sauce.
Mix. Pour spaghetti sauce over all. Cook on low 5-6 hours, stirring once halfway througly.
Note: I actually mix everything together (except the spaghetti sauce) in a large aluminum bowl first, then put in the crockpot and cover with the spaghetti sauce. It’s
much easier and cleaner. Also, my bouillon cubes are too hard to crush, so I shave them with a knife instead.)
