Val's Easy Chops
This is a very, very simple recipe that I sometimes use.
You take 1 TBS. of Ketchup per chop
1 TBS. Brown Sugar per chop
Whisk together and add about 1 TBS. total of dry mustard (you can omit if you don't have it handy).
After the chops are in the pan, cover with all the sauce.
Then slice an onion and put 2 onion slices ( rings ) on each chop.
Then squeeze a lemon wedge onto each chop and place the squeezed lemon wedge onto the chop.
Then cook until done.
Cooking time can vary based on whether bone-in or boneless. Very yummy.
