Auntie's Sour Cream Cake

List of Ingredients

2 sticks butter or margarine
6 eggs
2 3/4 cups sugar
3 1/4 cups flour
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 cups sour cream
1 tsp. coconut extract (I use vanilla instead)



Recipe

Cream butter and sugar til fluffy. Blend in eggs and sour cream. In separate bowl, sift flour twice. Add baking soda and sift once more. Stir flour into liquid mixture and beat well. Spoon into greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
