    Grandmomma's Apricot Nectar Cake

    List of Ingredients




    Yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines is best)
    3/4 cup oil
    1/4 cup flour
    1 cup apricot nectar
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
    1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Glaze Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    1/4 cup margarine
    orange juice

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients and beat well with electric mixer. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 350 til cake tests done. When cake is almost done, make glaze. Cream powdered sugar and margarine together. Add enough orange juice to make pourable but thick glaze. Drizzle over cake while still warm.

    This is another of my favorite's from my grandmother.
