    Layered Green Chili Enchiladas

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can (6 oz.) canned milk
    2 cans chopped green chilies
    1 cup sour cream
    1 lb. grated monteray jack cheese
    1 pckg. corn tortillas


    Recipe

    Brown beef and onion in skillet til onion is soft. Add soups, milk, chilies and sour cream. Simmer til heated through. Layer meat sauce, cheese and tortillas in large, greased casserole til all are used, ending with cheese.
    Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

    My sister-in-law gave me this recipe 20 years ago. I have simplified it somewhat. It's still yummy!
