    Mom's Special Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    1 box cake mix (Duncan Hines is good) any flavor
    1 8 ounce container whipped topping
    1 egg
    powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Mix cake mix, topping and egg. Place powdered sugar on wax paper. Drop dough on paper by teaspoonfuls and roll in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 300 for 20 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet after one minute. Cool on racks. They will be soft at first.

    This was my mother-in-law's recipe. My kids loved these when they were little. She made them with either pineapple or cherry cake mix.
