    Amost Stew

    This one is a variation of the old "no peek cassarole". It's super easy and my husband says it's wonderful!

    List of Ingredients




    1 large roundsteak, 1-2 lbs.
    1 pckg. onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    5 medium potatoes, washed and quartered
    seasoned salt and pepper
    1 can water
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup flour

    Recipe



    Place whole steak in crockpot and cover with soup mix. Layer in potatoes, soup, can of water and seasonings. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Mix remaining water and flour and add to pot 1/2 hour before serving.
