    Meat Loafettes

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 C wheat germ
    1/2 C fine bread crumbs
    1 egg
    3 T ketchup
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 T onion flakes

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together. Fill muffin cups and press tightly. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes until done. Serve with ketchup.

    My kids loved these when they were small. It's a really fast way to make meatloaf.
