    Porcupine Meatballs

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    1/2 C rice
    1 t salt
    1/2 t pepper
    1 T onion flakes
    2 cans zesty or italian tomato soup (whichever you can find)
    1 soupcan water


    Recipe



    Mix beef, rice, onion, and salt and pepper. Shape into small balls. Heat soups and water in pressure cooker. Drop in meatballs. Pressure cook for 10 minutes and let pressure drop of its own accord. Serve with rice.

    These may also be baked. Place meatballs in casserole. Top with soups and water and bake, covered for 1 hour at 350.
