    Vivian's Original Omelette

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 egg (size is not an issue)
    • Onion- sliced in any size you want
    • Chives- sliced in any way you want.
    • Salt -1/4 teaspoon.
    • MSG- 1/8 teaspoon (optional)
    • Olive oil -2 full tablespoon (Estimate)
    • Jalapeno- sliced, very tiny sizes (optional, if you like it hot)


    Instructions


    1. Warm up the Pan for 2 minutes (approximate) until the pan gets hot. Then, add the Olive Oil, leave it until 2 minutes (more or less), Then add the Chives..

    2. After a minute or two, Add the combination of all Ingredients.

    3. Remember be creative- You can add any additional spices you feel.. adds the taste.

    4. NOTE : Average and normal Filipino Cook could create a fabulous recipe with estimation only, no timer needed !



    Final Comments


    Try this with only 3 simple stuff needed. Some want to add more spices to their omelettes, i.e. sliced bacon, mushroom, ham (sliced in cube), what else? (Think of what you can add on it!)
