CHOCOLATE ECLAIR PIE

List of Ingredients
- 1 Box Graham crackers
- 3 Small boxes instant French Vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 Cups milk
- 1 (16oz) Cool Whip - thawed
- 6 Tablespoons margarin, melted
- 1/2 Cup cocoa
- 4 Tablespoons white corn syrup
- 3 Cups confectioners sugar
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla
- 4 Tablespoons (or a little more) milk
Instructions
- Put one layer of Graham crackers in the bottom of a 11 X 14 inch pan.
- Mix the 3 1/2 cups milk with pudding mix; fold in Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 mixture over Graham cracker layer.
- Add another layer of Graham Crackers; top with rest of pudding mixture and one more layer of Graham crackers.
- Combine the 6 tablespoons melted margarine with the cocoa, corn syrup, confectioners sugar, vanilla and milk. Mix well, adding a little milk if needed, and pour over last layer of Graham crackers. Refrigerate overnight.
