    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Hen boned and cut in pieces (or 4 chicken breasts)
    • 2 Tablespoons chopped onion
    • Bell pepper to taste
    • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
    • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder (optional)
    • 2 Cans Cream of Chicken soup
    • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
    • 1 Can Rotel tomatoes
    • Grated cheese (about 4 cups)
    • 1 Large bag corn chips


    Instructions


    1. Grease a large casserole dish (9 X 13) and cover bottom with chips that have been dipped in chicken stock. Layer the chicken, pepper, and onion. Cover with cheese. Mix soups, tomatoes, garlic and chili powder - Pour over chicken mixture. Top with more cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
    2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
