    List of Ingredients


    • 24 oz. Cottage Cheese
    • 1 Lg. can crushed pineapple
    • Chopped nuts (optional)
    • 1 Bag marshmallows
    • 1 Small box (3oz.) strawberry jello
    • 12 oz. Cool Whip thawed


    Instructions


    1. Melt marshmallows in pineapple juice over medium to low heat. When melted, stir in stawberry jello.
    2. Mix marshmallow/jello mixture with pineapple, nuts and cottage cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
