SAUCY TURNIP GREENS

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 Pound bacon
- 1 Whole Vadalia onion
- 1/2 Cup flour
- 2 Large cans turnip greens
- 1/2 to 1 Cup vinegar (as desired)
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Brown and crumble bacon. Slice and saute vadalia onion in bacon grease.
- Add flour for thickening. Dump in turnip greens.
- Add desired amount of vinegar and 2 tablespoons sugar.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
