List of Ingredients
- 1/2 Pound bacon
- 1 Large jar of Medium Pace Salsa
- 1/4 Teaspoon of red cayenne pepper, if desired
- 4 Cans Crowder peas
Instructions
- Brown and crumble bacon.
- In a pot, mix the Pace salsa, crumbled bacon, cayenne pepper and crowder peas.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
