    Liquid Smoke
    Salt and Pepper
    Bar BQ Sauce (recipe follows)
    Brisket

    Pour small amount of liquid smoke into bowl and mix with salt and pepper to taste. Pour over brisket and wrap in foil. Bake in oven for no more than 6 hours at 250 degrees. Remove from oven and put in refrigerator overnight.

    Next morning, slice brisket and pour BQ sauce over. Return to oven and bake 1 hour at 300.


    BQ Sauce

    1 1/2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
    1/2 C Ketchup
    1/4 C Water
    1 Teaspoon celery salt
    3 Tablespoon butter-melted
    1/2 Teaspoon dry mustard
    2 Tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
    1 Tablespoon liquid smoke
    1/2 Teaspoon salt and pepper

    Mix together and pour over meat.
