    5 1/2 Cups cut-up strawberries
    7 C. sugar
    pectin - use according to directions

    Recipe



    Mix strawberries and sugar together. Let sit for a few minutes.

    Cook slowly until boil. Add pectin. Bring back to boil.

    Remove from heat and remove skim.

    Fill jars and seal.
