    List of Ingredients




    pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion-chopped
    1 garlic clove - chopped
    3 T butter
    1 bay leaf
    3/4 C. chicken broth
    1 C. sour cream
    2 t. paprika

    Recipe



    Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.

    Saute onion in butter, add garlic. When softened, set aside in bowl.

    Cook pork chops in skillet till browned on each side. Lower heat and add onions and garlic mixture, bay leaf, chicken broth. Cover and cook 1 hour.

    Take pork chops out. Bring sauce to boil and cook for just a little bit till sauce is realll tastey. Add sour cream and paprika. Stir constantly and do not let sauce boil.

    Pour sauce over pork chops and serve.
