rice crusted broccoli quiche

Recipe Introduction
NOTE: You can use a basic white sauce, sour cream or another variety of cream of soup in place of the broccoli soup if desired.
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups warm cooked rice
4 eggs
1 can cream of Broccoli soup
1/3 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped broccoli
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheeseRecipe
-Mix 1 beaten egg into the warm rice and press into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
-Beat together soup, milk, and remaining eggs. Stir in broccoli and cheese; season with salt and pepper. Pour mix over prepared rice crust. Sprinkle with parmesan.
-Bake at 350º for 50 minutes until filling is set.
