List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups frozen baby peas, thawed
1 (10 oz) can ready to use chicken broth
1 cup half and half
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 lettuce leaf, torn into pieces
1 T. chopped fresh mint
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender, cover, and process or blend until smooth. Chill thoroughly before serving.
