    Easy to make stew

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    1 small onion
    2 garlic gloves, pressed
    1 can rotel tomatoes
    1 can corn
    1 can ranch style beans
    1 can veg all
    3 cans minestrone soup
    1 can beef broth
    1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning

    Recipe



    Brown first 3 ingredients together. In large pot combine the remaining ingredients, add the browned beef mixture. Simmer.
