    Baked Cheddar Bacon Spread

    List of Ingredients
    2 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese softened
    2 cups sour cream
    1 onion chopped fine
    2 Tbls. mayonaise
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    Instructions
    In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, onion and mayo until smooth.

    Fold in bacon and 3 cups of the cheese.

    Pour into a 2 qt. baking dish.

    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Bake, uncovered @ 375 for 30 minutes, until lightly browned.

    Serve with crackers
