    Hot Crab Artichoke Spread

    1 medium red pepper, chopped
    3 green onions, sliced (about 1/3 cup)
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
    2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained, picked through
    1 cup KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise
    1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
    RED OVAL FARMS STONED WHEAT THINS Wheat Crackers

    PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Cook peppers and onions in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

    ADD artichokes, crabmeat, mayo and cheese; mix well. Spoon into lightly greased 1-quart baking dish.
    BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve as a spread with crackers.
